Florence

Florence was wonderful! Of course made memorable by the big engagement which took place on the Ponte Vecchio bridge. After a lovely dinner (including a 700g Florentine steak) beside the bridge the question was popped. The streets and piazzas were gorgeous and in the evenings filled with street buskers and performers. The weather was great, really hot. Food and drinks abundant - above is Downy drinking beer at a Florentine wine bar! Most of all I loved wandering the streets and looking at all the shops and markets.
